沒有問題的塑膠件用洗碗精洗過乾燥後噴上透明黑
The plastic parts that have no problem are sprayed with transparent black after washing with dish soap and drying.
金屬件準備去除漆層
Metal parts are ready to remove paint
浸泡溶劑去除漆層
Soak solvent to remove paint layer
表面用矽膠輪拋光滑
The surface is polished and slippery with silicone wheels
開始架框布局
Start frame layout
零件插好針後將零件固定到框上
Fix the part to the frame after inserting the needle
拍攝電鍍前置作業建檔

金屬件黏上介面零件後插上針

完成電鍍後開始塗第1色的遮蓋
After the plating is completed, start to apply the first color mask
噴上透明黑色 單色零件再噴上一層透明漆

零件乾燥後浸泡水去除遮蓋
After the parts are dry, soak in water to remove the cover
去除遮蓋後噴上透明漆

開始塗第2色的遮蓋

另外這些零件需要局部洗出銀色鍍層
In addition, these parts need to partially wash out the silver coating

銀色鍍層處塗上透明漆
Clear lacquer is applied to the silver coating
插好零件 胸甲前面位置用黏土遮住
Insert the parts, cover the front of the breastplate with clay
零件噴上紫色
Parts are sprayed purple
胸甲前面的黏土去除乾淨
Remove the clay from the front of the breastplate
接著噴上桃紅色
Then spray it with pink
乾燥後零件浸泡水去除遮蓋
After drying, the parts are soaked in water to remove the cover
去除遮蓋後噴上透明漆
Spray clear paint after removing the cover
這幾片零件再次塗上遮蓋
These parts are covered again
用溶劑洗出銀色鍍層
Wash out the silver coating with solvent
黏上紙膠帶再補上遮蓋
Stick on paper tape and then cover up
在鍍層處塗上透明漆
Apply clear paint on the plating
噴上桃紅色
Spray pink
乾燥後零件浸泡水去除遮蓋
After drying, the parts are soaked in water to remove the cover
去除遮蓋後噴上透明漆

準備開始組裝
