開始維修冥雙子座
Start repairing Pluto Gemini
沒問題的塑膠件用洗碗精洗乾淨後噴上透明黑
The plastic parts that are no problem are washed with dishwashing liquid and sprayed with transparent black
準備處理金屬件
Ready to handle metal parts
浸泡溶劑去除漆層
Soak solvent to remove paint layer
有問題的塑膠件要另外處理
The problematic plastic parts need to be dealt with separately
泡漂白水是不得已的選擇
Soaking in bleach is a last resort
鍍層去除乾淨了
The plating is removed
金屬插梢也因為化學作用膨脹將塑膠件撐壞掉 這也就是為什麼沒問題的零件不去除鍍層
The metal pin also expands due to the chemical action, which will break the plastic part.

冥黃金聖衣的塑膠件浸泡漂白水後會有很大的機率遇到塑膠起泡的問題

開始架框布局

再將零件固定到框上

電鍍完成後噴上第一層透明漆

開始做第一色的遮蓋 先黏上紙膠帶
Start to make the first color mask, first stick paper tape
再塗上遮蓋液
Apply masking fluid
噴上透明黑
Sprayed with transparent black
乾燥後將零件浸泡水以去除遮蓋
After drying, soak the parts in water to remove the cover
去除遮蓋後噴上透明漆
Spray clear paint after removing the cover
繼續處理第2色的遮蓋
Continue to process the cover of the second color
這幾片塗上遮蓋 準備局部洗色
These few pieces are covered and prepared for partial washing
用溶劑洗出銀色鍍層
Wash out the silver coating with solvent
胸甲及裙甲用黏土遮住桃紅色區域

零件噴上紫色
Parts are sprayed purple
胸甲及裙甲黏土去除乾淨

這三個零件噴上桃紅色

零件乾燥後浸泡水以去除遮蓋

去除遮蓋後噴上透明漆

這些零件再塗上遮蓋準備局部洗色

洗出銀色後再貼上紙膠帶補強遮蓋

手工塗上透明漆

各自噴上紫色及透明黑色

零件乾燥後浸泡在水中
