準備製作頭部翻模 先將零件插入油土中

圍上邊緣

再直接抽真空 效果非常的淒慘都滿出來了

抽真空完成 漏了很多矽膠不過還是有驚無險的完成了

硬化後將矽膠取出

再用刀切開矽膠取出原件

先用車床做出要的形狀

因為比例錯誤 所以重來一次

鍔的內圈修出個小缺口

將橘色的弦從鍔的缺口穿進去

一路穿到前端先革的孔中

打結卡住

將弦拉緊後打結卡在鍔的位置就固定完成
