Disassemble parts
塑膠零件放入漂白水後,冒了很多泡泡 跟以往的材質不太一樣
After putting the plastic parts into the bleach, there are a lot of bubbles. It is different from the previous materials.
雖然去除鍍層了但是塑膠表面似乎有點變化凸起
Although the coating is removed, the plastic surface seems to be a little changed and raised
而且無法很平均 有些地方無法去除
And it’s not very even
其他無爆裂零件改用噴漆層處理表面
Other non-burst parts use spray paint to treat the surface
金屬件浸泡溶劑去除漆層
Metal parts are soaked in solvent to remove paint
爆裂的零件繼續浸泡
The cracked parts continue to soak
金屬件有氧化現象
Metal parts are oxidized
使用矽膠輪將氧化去除

金屬件表面處理完成

浸泡很久的塑膠件終於去除鍍層

塑膠表面有問題的零件只能噴一層漆讓它不要那麼明顯 冥黃金系列的塑膠零件是歷代以來完全不同的
只能用個案方式來處理

噴上黑色透明漆

電鍍完成後開始塗第一次遮蓋

調好紫色

試做一個對色樣品

依照對色樣品噴上顏色

胸甲前片塗上遮蓋後中間的區域洗出銀色鍍層

再把其他位置遮起來
Cover up other locations
噴上1/2金色
Spray 1/2 golden
所有乾燥的零件泡水去除遮蓋
Soak all dry parts in water to remove the cover
去除遮蓋後噴上透明漆
Spray clear paint after removing the cover
繼續遮蓋第2個顏色
Continue to cover the second color
噴上透明黑
Sprayed with transparent black
乾燥後泡水去除遮蓋
Soak in water after drying to remove the cover
去除遮蓋後噴上透明漆

面罩的細部花紋用局部洗色方式洗出銀色鍍層
The detailed pattern of the mask is washed out with the silver coating by partial washing
黏好紙膠帶後噴上紫色
After sticking the paper tape, spray purple
完成的零件泡水去除遮蓋
Soak the finished parts in water to remove the cover
噴上透明漆
