先繪製已完成的全心頭雕依序畫上眼白 眼線及眼珠
First draw the completed whole-hearted head sculpture and draw the whites of the eyes, eyeliner and eyeballs in sequence
畫上瞳孔

畫上反光點
Draw reflective points
畫上毛髮
Paint the hair
完成後噴上透明漆 乾燥後噴上消光漆
Spray clear paint after finishing, spray matte paint after drying
開始處理鎧甲

先拆下塑膠件
First remove the plastic parts
準備噴洗作業
Prepare for spray cleaning
零件噴洗去除漆層 務必在30秒內完成操作
Parts spray cleaning to remove paint layer must be completed within 30 seconds
乾燥後 塑膠件噴上透明漆保護鍍層
After drying, the plastic parts are sprayed with transparent paint to protect the coating
與金屬連接一起的零件浸泡漂白水去除塑膠件的鍍層,因為表面漆層已消失所以化學反應速度極快
一旦完成需要馬上拿出來用水洗乾淨,不然金屬件會有一定機率遭受漂白水的快速氧化破壞

because the surface paint has disappeared, so the chemical reaction is extremely fast Once it is completed,
it needs to be taken out and washed with water immediately,
otherwise the metal parts will have a certain chance of being damaged by the rapid oxidation of bleach

再用噴洗的方式去除漆層 務必在30秒內完成操作 放置一段時間乾燥後在噴上透明漆保護鍍層

電鍍後發生了非常嚴重的事情,塑膠與金屬的混合件居然電鍍失敗
A very serious thing happened after electroplating, and the electroplating of the mixed plastic and metal parts unexpectedly failed.
先去除最嚴重的部分的UV底漆
Remove the most severe part of the UV primer first
需要更進一步拆解 這類型的拆解有很大機率零件斷裂
Needs further disassembly. This type of disassembly has a high chance of part breakage.

另一組也一樣步驟拆解

拆解完成後損壞率50% 所以必須重新翻模製作克隆零件
After the disassembly is completed, the damage rate is 50%, so it must be re-molded to make cloned parts
準備將零件埋入油土
Prepare to bury parts in oil soil
埋入油土並圍上積木
Buried in oil soil and surrounded by blocks
薄灌一層矽膠
Pouring a thin layer of silicone
再灌滿矽膠
Refill with silicone
硬化後灌上石膏
Put plaster on after hardening
等待硬化

翻面去除油土

將油土細部去除乾淨

塗上凡士林

再灌滿矽膠

黏上石膏定位點

等待硬化

硬化後拆除積木

取出原件模具就完成了

可以開始製作克隆零件
Can start making cloned parts
良率不高需要灌注很多次以達到足夠數量
The yield is not high, it needs to be poured many times to reach a sufficient quantity
開始把克隆件組裝回去金屬上 完成後就可以重新電鍍處理
Start to assemble the cloned parts back to the metal. After finishing, you can re-plating.
電鍍完成後整理要上色的零件
Finish the parts to be colored after plating
所有零件噴上1/2金色
All parts are sprayed with 1/2 gold
頭盔的眼睛顏色要先處理 塗上遮蓋再噴上藍色
The eye color of the helmet must be processed first, and then painted with a cover and then sprayed with blue
其他的雙色零件也塗上遮蓋
Other two-color parts are also painted to cover
零件噴上深橘色
Parts are sprayed in dark orange
乾燥後零件泡水
Soak the parts in water after drying
去除遮蓋後噴上透明漆
Spray clear paint after removing the cover
