噴上透明漆，乾燥後噴上消光漆

開始處理鎧甲的部分,先拆下塑膠件
To start processing the armor part, first remove the plastic part
用溶劑噴洗掉塑膠件的漆層，務必在30秒內完成
Use solvent spray to wash off the paint layer of plastic parts, be sure to finish within 30 seconds
乾燥後的塑膠件噴上透明漆保護鍍層
The dried plastic parts are sprayed with transparent paint to protect the coating
接著處理金屬件
Then deal with metal parts
零件泡溶劑去除漆層
Part soaks solvent to remove paint layer
去除漆層完成
Remove paint finish
用矽膠輪拋掉毛邊及雜點
Throw away burrs and impurities with a silicone wheel
完成表面處理
Finish surface treatment
處理支架的塑膠件，將下巴拆下來
Dispose of the plastic part of the bracket and remove the chin
連同其他塑膠件一起處理

一樣使用噴洗方式去除漆層，須在30秒內完成作業

金屬件黏上介面零件後插上針，再固定到框上

完成電鍍後的金屬件與塑膠件一起噴上1/2金色，再進行遮蓋作業

乾燥後泡水去除遮蓋

去除遮蓋後噴上透明漆

頭盔繼續進行遮蓋作業，先黏上紙膠帶後再塗上遮蓋液

全部零件完成開始組裝
