Poseidon Repair Record 2015-2020
此次維修使用了一隻台版與兩隻港版
This repair uses one Taiwan version and two Hong Kong versions
台版零件
Taiwan version parts
台版對照日版色樣,基礎鍍層亮度是不行的,怎麼上色都是無發呈現出一樣的顏色,鍍層需要重新建立才行
The Taiwan version is compared with the Japanese version.
The brightness of the basic coating is not good. How to color it is the same color without hair.
The coating needs to be re-established.
港版海皇零件

將零件泡溶劑去除漆層
Soak the parts in solvent to remove the paint layer
無法完全去除乾淨

用矽膠輪將毛邊及雜點拋平整
Use a silicone rubber wheel to flatten the burrs and impurities
分解港版星座支架
Disassemble the Hong Kong version of the constellation bracket

圍上積木
Enclose the blocks
分多次薄灌矽膠慢慢加厚
Divide thinly and gradually thicken the silicone rubber
厚度夠了之後黏上石膏定位點
After the thickness is enough, stick the plaster positioning point

等待硬化

翻面去除油土
Turn over to remove oily soil
再塗上凡士林
Apply Vaseline
灌上矽膠
Filled with silicone
慢慢增加矽膠厚度
Slowly increase the thickness of the silicone
黏上石膏定位點

硬化後拆除積木

取出原件

使用日版叉子來翻模製作克隆件

慢慢加到足夠的厚度後黏上石膏定位點
Slowly add to enough thickness and glue the plaster positioning point

翻面去除油土出了一點意外積木的定位位移了必須要重新組裝
Turning over to remove the oil, soil
there was a bit of accidental positioning displacement of the building block and it must be reassembled
重新圍上積木之後塗上凡士林
Re-enclose the blocks and apply petroleum jelly
灌上矽膠

灌到足夠的厚度之後黏上石膏定位點
Glue the plaster positioning point after filling enough thickness

日版彎曲是長久以來的問題

桿子改成自己製作的版本

接下來改造半身星座型態用的叉子

拿出日版海皇零件準備調色製作色彩樣品
Take out the Japanese version of Haihuang parts to prepare color samples
先噴上一層1/2金色
Spray a layer of 1/2 gold first
再噴上調好的橘紅色設定好色彩樣品
Then spray the adjusted orange to set the color sample
電鍍好的台版零件噴上第一層透明漆
The first layer of clear paint is sprayed on the plated platen parts
準備整理港版塑膠零件
Prepare to organize Hong Kong version plastic parts
所有零件用去漬油洗乾淨去除油脂
All parts are cleaned with scouring oil to remove grease
零件噴上透明漆

台版的銀色零件依照港版1/2金色來設定 噴好一片色彩樣品
The silver parts of the Taiwan version are set according to the Hong Kong version 1/2 gold. Spray a color sample
所有台版零件噴上1/2金色
All the Taiwan version parts are sprayed with 1/2 gold
拳頭塗上遮蓋液
Apply masking fluid on fist
半身的支架大腿塗上遮蓋
Cover the thighs of the half-length bracket
全身的支架噴上透明黑
The whole body is sprayed with transparent black
準備浸泡水去除遮蓋

港版需要設計頭可拆卸才能裝上塑膠胸甲
The Hong Kong version requires a removable design head to be fitted with a plastic breastplate
穿上鎧甲

裙甲前面的塑膠零件需要改造由下往上裝固定
The plastic parts in front of the skirt need to be modified and fixed from bottom to top
