開始維修港版黑色與白色維京虎
Started repairing the Hong Kong version of the black and white Viking Tiger
先處理支架與塑膠零件
Dispose of brackets and plastic parts first
拆解零件

黑色維京虎也一樣步驟處理

所有零件浸泡漂白水去除鍍層
All parts are soaked in bleach to remove the plating
去除鍍層完成
Finish removal of plating

插上針
Plug in the pin
將零件固定在框上並且拍好電鍍前置作業建檔
Fix the parts on the frame and take pictures of the plating pre-work and file
金屬件泡溶劑去除漆層
Solvent removal of paint on metal parts
不良的表面用矽膠輪將它拋平
Use a silicone wheel to flatten the bad surface
表面處理完成

金屬腳也要拆下來處理
The metal feet should also be removed for disposal
依照上面的金屬處理步驟完成它

電鍍完成 (金屬件是高溫處理的方式所以沒有架框步驟)

噴上透明漆

完成的白色維京虎支架先組裝起來

頭盔黏上紙膠帶

再塗上遮蓋

噴上紅色

乾燥後繼續下一個步驟的遮蓋 先黏上紙膠帶
After drying, continue to the next step of covering, first stick paper tape
塗上遮蓋

噴上透明黑色
Sprayed with transparent black
乾燥後去除遮蓋
Remove cover after drying
白色維京虎已經完成可以開始組裝
The white Viking tiger is complete and ready to start assembly
接著繼續黑色維京虎的上色作業
Then continue the coloring work of the black Viking tiger
這些零件先塗上遮蓋
These parts are covered first
調製淺綠的顏色
Modulate light green color
所有零件噴上淺綠色
All parts are sprayed with light green
乾燥後可以開始塗遮蓋作業
插好所有完成遮蓋作業的零件 噴上深綠色
Insert all the parts that have completed the covering operation Spray dark green
直接去除遮蓋 (早期的工業漆才能直接去除遮蓋層)
Directly remove the mask (the early industrial paint can directly remove the mask)
去除遮蓋完成

頭盔與支架試駔裝看看效果
Test the helmet and bracket to see the effect
所有零件噴上最後一層透明漆
All parts are sprayed with the last layer of clear paint
