此次紀錄以兒時保留下來的日版及後來再買到的日版來做維修記錄
This record uses the Japanese version kept from childhood
and the Japanese version bought later for maintenance records
拆下塑膠件
Remove the plastic parts
拆開支架
Disassemble the bracket
將零件浸泡漂白水去除鍍層
Soak the parts in bleach to remove the plating
去除鍍層完成
Finish removal of plating
開始處理第2隻的塑膠零件
Start processing the second plastic part
浸泡漂白水去除鍍層
Soak in bleach water to remove plating
去除鍍層完成

架框布局

不能插針的塑膠件就黏上介面零件
The plastic parts that cannot be inserted are glued to the interface parts
再插上針
Plug in the needle again
所有塑膠零件插上針
All plastic parts are plugged into pins
再將零件固定到框上
Then fix the parts to the frame

金屬零件泡溶劑去除漆層
Solvent removal of paint on metal parts
去除漆層完成 神鬥士系列的表面有析當特殊的表面處理雖然強度很強但是會變黑
The paint layer is removed to complete the surface of the God Warrior series.
Although the special surface treatment is strong, it will turn black.
天琴的腳環補件與其他補件插上針
Insert the pin for the Tianqin's foot ring supplement and other supplements
固定到框上並拍攝好電鍍前置作業建檔
Fix it to the frame and take a picture of the plating pre-work file
金屬件的表面凸起或雜點用矽膠輪拋平整
Surface bumps or miscellaneous spots of metal parts are polished with silicone rubber wheels
氧化及凸起都很嚴重,因為這是我小時候保存下來的零件,年代久遠了
The oxidation and bulging are very serious, because this is the part that I saved when I was a child, and it is old
修整好的零件泡溶劑去除髒污
Soak the trimmed parts with solvent to remove dirt
金屬件黏上介面零件
Metal parts are glued to interface parts
再將零件固定到框上
Then fix the parts to the frame
胸甲用兩根針插上梢的孔中來做固定
The breastplate is fixed with two needles inserted into the holes on the tip
再固定到框上
And then fixed to the frame
拍攝電鍍前置作業建檔

電鍍完成後整理好零件再噴上第一層透明漆
After the electroplating is completed, arrange the parts and spray the first layer of clear paint
開始調顏色 色彩構成為紅色加橘色
Start to adjust the color, the color composition is red and orange
先噴一個測試樣品
Spray a test sample first
依照色彩樣品噴上顏色
Spray the color according to the color sample
豎琴塗上遮蓋
Harp painted mask
肩甲的圓圈周圍塗上遮蓋再用溶劑洗出銀色鍍層
Cover the circle around the shoulder armor and wash out the silver coating with solvent
其他零件也塗好遮蓋
Other parts are also painted and covered
再洗出銀色鍍層
Wash out the silver coating
調製粉紅色 色彩成分為紅+洋紅+大量透明漆
Modulate pink color composition is red + magenta + a lot of transparent paint
肩甲與豎琴噴上透明黑色
Transparent black spray on shoulder armor and harp
其他零件噴上粉紅色
Spray pink on other parts
乾燥後浸泡水去除遮蓋
After drying, soak in water to remove cover
腰甲的寶石周圍塗上遮蓋
Cover the gems of the waist armor
洗掉顏色後再塗上寶石顏色再泡水去除遮蓋
After washing off the color, apply the gem color and soak in water to remove the cover
所有零件噴上透明漆
All parts are sprayed with clear paint
琴弦中間黏上紙膠帶
Stick paper tape between the strings
噴上紅色
Spray red
直接撕掉膠帶
Remove the tape directly
所有零件完成
All parts are completed
開始組裝
Start assembly
完成維修
Complete repair
