拆下金屬件
Remove the metal parts
浸泡溶劑去除漆層
Soak solvent to remove paint layer

黏上介面零件

將零件固定到框上

素體上的熱熔膠必須去除
The hot melt glue on the body must be removed
使用去漬油可以溶解熱溶膠
Use scouring oil to dissolve hot melt
金屬件電鍍完成
Metal parts plating completed
開始繪製頭雕的顏色依序畫上眼白 眼線 眼珠 瞳孔 反光點 及眉毛
Start drawing the color of the head sculpture and draw the whites of the eyes, eyeliner, eyeballs, pupils and eyebrows in order
畫上鬍子
Draw beard
再將頭髮畫上
Draw the hair
噴上透明漆 乾燥後再噴上消光漆
Spray clear paint, then spray matte paint after drying
開始處理塑膠零件
Start processing plastic parts
支架去除漆層測試失敗 所以大部分使用原始漆層
The bracket removal test failed, so the original paint layer is mostly used
其他零件浸泡漂白水去除鍍層
Other parts soak in bleach water to remove the plating
去除鍍層完成
Finish removal of plating
零件插上針
Pin on parts
再固定到框上
And then fixed to the frame

剪下要的零件

設計斧頭的零件
Design the parts of the axe
列印出來測試比例是否正確
Print out to test whether the ratio is correct
金屬平面模具製作完成
The metal plane mold is completed
用高週波融塑機壓出樣品
Extrude the sample with a high frequency melting machine
做出要的數量
Make the required quantity
將它割下來
Cut it off
這是兩種斧頭的零件出及原型
These are the parts and prototypes of two axes
將原型黏在板子上
Glue the prototype to the board
圍上油土
Surrounded by oily soil
再灌上矽膠
Refill with silicone
硬化後去除油土
Remove oily soil after hardening
圍上積木
Enclose the blocks
灌上石膏
Cast plaster
拆除積木取出原型
Remove the building blocks to take out the prototype
開始灌注
Start perfusion
失敗率很高 但是這邊只需要一組即可
The failure rate is high, but only one set is needed here
因為失敗率太高 所以模具要改變形式
Because the failure rate is too high, the mold has to change its form
將它們個別分開
Separate them individually
個別圍上積木
Enclose individual blocks
再灌上石膏
Refill plaster
拆除積木
Demolish building blocks
第2組同地1組方式製作
The second group is made in the same place as the first group
開始灌注失敗率還是很高
The initial perfusion failure rate is still high
經過了好幾次的失敗終於有能使用的第2原型了
After several failures, finally there is a second prototype that can be used
將斧頭兩面組合起來
Combine the two sides of the axe
找出射手座兩種型態的箭
Find the two types of arrows in Sagittarius
埋入油土
Buried in oil soil
圍上積木
Enclose the blocks
灌注矽膠並製作石膏定位點
Pouring silicone and making plaster positioning points
灌上石膏
Cast plaster
完成模具後灌製出複製品
After the mold is completed, a replica is poured
畫出要修改的地方
Draw the place to be modified
將它切掉
Cut it off
斧頭要連接的位置鑽孔
Drill holes where the axe will be connected
將零件插上針上面
Put the part on the needle
將細針剪短再將零件插入斧頭
Cut the fine needles short and insert the parts into the axe
棍子的兩端也插上針
Insert pins on both ends of the stick
插上去與斧頭結合
Plug it in and combine with the axe
另一段也插上去
Also insert another paragraph
斧頭的原型製作完成
Prototype of the axe completed
第2種形式的斧頭也是按照上述步驟完成
The second form of axe is also completed according to the above steps
兩種形式的斧頭原型都到齊了
Prototypes of both forms of axe are ready
將原型埋進油土
Bury the prototype in oil soil
圍上積木
Enclose the blocks
薄薄的灌上一層矽膠
Pouring a thin layer of silicone
陸續加高矽膠再黏上石膏定位點
Continue to increase the silicone glue and then glue the plaster positioning point
灌上石膏
Cast plaster
翻面去除油土
Turn over to remove oily soil
油土去除乾淨
Oily soil removed
矽膠的位置塗上一層薄薄的凡士林
Apply a thin layer of Vaseline to the place of the silicone
再薄灌一層矽膠
Fill a thin layer of silicone
陸續加高矽膠並黏上石膏定位點
Increase the silicone gel and glue the plaster positioning points one after another
硬化後灌上石膏
Put plaster on after hardening
拆除積木
Demolish building blocks
打開取出原型後模具就完成了
After opening and taking out the prototype, the mold is completed
開始克隆零件
Start cloning parts
固定好零件及拍攝電鍍前置作業建檔
Fix parts and prepare files for shooting and plating pre-work
零件噴上第一層透明漆
The parts are sprayed with the first layer of clear paint
開始塗遮蓋
Start applying mask
有些原始件直接使用原件
Some originals directly use the original
原件噴上透明漆
The original is sprayed with clear paint
按照原件的色彩來調色
Color according to the original color
所有零件噴上調好的顏色
All parts are sprayed with adjusted colors
泡水去除遮蓋
Soak in water to remove cover
其他零件噴上透明漆
Spray other parts with clear paint
去除遮蓋完成
Remove the mask complete
噴上透明漆
Spray clear paint
要洗色的零件塗上遮蓋
Cover the parts to be washed
用溶劑局部洗出銀色鍍層
Partially wash out the silver coating with solvent
接這下一步驟的遮蓋
Follow the cover of the next step
噴上紅色
Spray red
撕掉紙膠帶
Tear off the paper tape
中間的位置底層有工業透明漆 所以可以直接撕掉遮蓋
The bottom layer in the middle has industrial clear paint, so you can just tear off the cover
其他零件繼續進行遮蓋作業
Other parts continue to cover up
調色
Toning
噴上淺綠色
Spray light green
乾燥後零件泡水去除遮蓋
Soak the parts in water after drying to remove the cover
支架的頭噴上紅色
The head of the bracket is sprayed with red
去除遮蓋後所有零件噴上透明漆
After removing the cover, spray all parts with clear paint
斧頭塗上遮蓋
Apply mask
噴上第2個顏色
Spray the second color
浸泡水去除遮蓋
Soak in water to remove cover
噴上透明漆
Spray clear paint
再塗上遮蓋
Then apply mask
噴上最後的深藍色
Spray the last dark blue
浸泡水中去除遮蓋
Soak in water to remove cover
去除遮蓋後噴上透明漆
Spray clear paint after removing the cover
用銀色膠帶印上圖案
Print the pattern with silver tape
剪下將它黏到支架上
Cut it out and glue it to the bracket
所有零件完成可以開始組裝
All parts can be assembled
完成維修
