開始維修獨眼巨人
Start repairing the Cyclops
拆下所有零件
Remove all parts
泡溶劑去除金屬零件的漆層
Soak solvent to remove the paint layer of metal parts
溶劑無法去除此漆層
Solvent cannot remove this paint layer
改用更強力的去漆劑來去除漆層
Use a stronger paint remover to remove the paint layer
金屬零件去除漆層完成
Finished removal of paint on metal parts
再用矽膠輪拋掉毛邊及雜點
Then use a silicone rubber wheel to throw away burrs and impurities
其中有個零件是PVC材質,無法電鍍處哩,所以需要翻模來置換材料
One of the parts is made of PVC and cannot be electroplated, so it needs to be turned over to replace the material
圍上積木做出定位點
Surround the building blocks to make positioning points
灌注矽膠
Infused silicone
再灌上石膏
Refill plaster
翻面去除油土
Turn over to remove oily soil
油土去除乾淨了
Oily soil is removed
塗上凡士林之後再灌上矽膠
After applying petroleum jelly, apply silicone
灌上石膏
Cast plaster
完成後取出原件
Take out the original when finished
模具完成了

有受損鍍層的零件要去除鍍層
Parts with damaged coating should be removed
泡漂白水去除鍍層
Soak bleach water to remove the coating
去除鍍層完成

沒有受損的塑膠件只需噴洗掉漆層帶乾燥後[ 上透明漆就可以
The undamaged plastic parts only need to be sprayed to wash off the paint layer and the tape is dried.
頭盔的梢用圓棒敲出來
The tip of the helmet is knocked out with a round stick

我的梢跟官方的直徑差不多,只是形式不相同一樣可以使用

這幾個零件要翻模製作複製件
These parts need to be overmolded to make copies
一樣的步驟開始翻模
The same steps start to turn the mold
這邊因為是倒鉤所以要用油土填上,不然完成模具時無法拔出來
Because it is a barb, it needs to be filled with oily soil, otherwise it cannot be pulled out when the mold is completed
完成模具後就能灌注複製件
After the mold is completed, the copy can be poured
完成的複製件架框完成並拍攝電鍍前置作業建檔
The completed copy frame is completed and the pre-work of electroplating is photographed and filed
金屬零件黏上介面零件再插上針
Attach the metal parts to the interface parts and then insert the pins
再固定到框上

帽子的這個複製件需要先組裝才能架框

完成電鍍後可以開始塗遮蓋

支架是工業漆所以直接就能去除遮蓋

其他零件泡水去除遮蓋

去除遮蓋完成後噴上透明漆

繼續塗第2色的遮蓋

噴上紫色

乾燥後泡水去除遮蓋

去除遮蓋後噴上透明漆

繼續塗第3色的遮蓋
Continue to paint the third color
手跟腳的小小區塊洗出銀色鍍層
Small areas of hands and feet are washed out with silver coating
再手工塗上紫色

乾燥後泡水去除遮蓋

噴上透明漆
Spray clear paint
局部洗出銀色
Partially washed out silver
再塗上遮蓋第4色的遮蓋
Then apply the mask of the 4th color
噴上透明黃色
Spray transparent yellow
乾燥後泡水去除遮蓋
Soak in water after drying to remove the cover
頭盔繼續塗遮蓋
Helmet continues to be painted to cover
洗出銀色鍍層
Wash out the silver coating
再噴上淡金色
Spray it with light gold
乾燥後泡水去除遮蓋
Soak in water after drying to remove the cover
所有去除遮蓋的零件噴上透明漆
All parts that are not covered are sprayed with clear paint
開始組裝
Start assembly
因為素體還沒製作出來 所以用原件拼裝出一隻來
Because the body has not been produced yet, I assembled one from the original
