這隻蝴蝶很難找到,花了好幾年才湊齊2隻
This butterfly is difficult to find, it took several years to get 2 together
拆下零件及金屬腳,有問題的素體會在拆除腳的時候斷裂
Remove the parts and metal feet, the defective body will break when the feet are removed
先處理金屬件
Handle metal parts first
浸泡去漆劑去除漆層
Soak paint remover to remove paint
漆層去除完成
Finished paint layer removal
再用矽膠輪將雜點羽毛邊去除
Then use the silicone wheel to remove the feather edge
表面處理完成

接著處理塑膠零件
Then process the plastic parts
用去漬油去除物件上的離型劑
Use stain-removing oil to remove the release agent from the object
所有零件噴上透明漆
All parts are sprayed with transparent paint
塑膠件有幾個零件感覺有問題,所以翻模製作克隆零件
There are a few parts of the plastic parts that feel problematic, so the mold is turned to make cloned parts
埋由土再圍上積木
Buried by soil and surrounded by blocks
灌上矽膠
Fill with silicone
持續的增加厚度
Continue to increase the thickness
厚度夠之後灌上石膏加強
After the thickness is enough, cast gypsum to strengthen
翻面去除油土
Turn over to remove oil and soil
塗上凡士林
Painted with petroleum jelly
圍上積木灌上矽膠
Fill the surrounding blocks with silicone
厚度夠了之後灌上石膏加強

模具完成取出原件
The mold is finished removing the original
模具做好就可以複製零件了
Once the mold is ready, you can copy the parts
金屬零件黏上介面零件後插上針
Attach the metal parts to the interface parts and insert the pins
將零件固定到框上

電鍍完成後開始調色 直接使用橘色原色即可
After the electroplating is complete, start toning and use the orange primary color.
將紫色區域的色塊塗上遮蓋
Cover the color blocks in the purple area
噴上橘色乾燥後泡水去除遮蓋,再塗上遮蓋
Spray orange to dry, soak in water to remove the cover, and then apply the cover
接著調紫色的顏色
Then adjust the purple color
噴上紫色

眼睛噴上綠色

乾燥後零件泡水
Parts soak after drying
去除遮蓋後噴上透明漆
Spray clear paint after removing the cover
腰帶塗好遮色洗出銀色後,再噴上橘色
After the belt is painted, the silver is washed out, then sprayed with orange
乾燥後浸泡水去除遮蓋
Soak water to remove cover after drying
噴上透明漆 最後的零件就完成了
