這是損壞的港版教皇 電鍍有很多裂痕
This is the damaged Hong Kong version of the pope. There are many cracks in the plating
組合拍照建檔
Combining photo files
拆下要維修的零件
Remove the parts to be repaired
浸泡漂白水去除鍍層
Soak bleach to remove plating
花了好幾次的工序才去除乾淨
It took several steps to remove it cleanly
將零件插上針
Insert the part into the needle
再固定到框上
Fix it to the frame
拍攝電鍍前置作業建檔
Shooting and pre-processing for electroplating
電鍍完成

剪下教皇的零件
Cut out the pope's parts
塗上遮蓋 再貼上紙膠帶
Apply cover Then stick paper tape
插好準備噴上零件 準備上色
Inserted and ready to spray parts ready for painting
噴上顏色
spray color
胸甲前面3個圖案周圍塗上遮蓋
Apply masking around the three patterns on the front of the breastplate
用溶劑洗掉漆後露出銀色
Wash off the paint with solvent to reveal the silver color
再黏上紙膠帶
Put on the paper tape again
用黏土遮住中間的區塊
Cover the middle block with clay
噴上透明黃色
Spray transparent yellow
再用黏土遮住以上好顏色的區塊
Then use clay to cover the above good color blocks
跟頭與面具一起噴上透明藍色
Spray transparent blue with the head and mask
肩甲去除遮蓋
Shoulder armor cover
頭雕與面具塗上遮蓋 再用溶劑洗出眼睛位置
Cover the head sculpture and mask, then wash out the eye position with solvent
刀子手塗上細小的顏色
Knife hands painted in tiny colors
手工塗上透明紅色
Hand painted in transparent red
蝙蝠的眼睛塗上遮蓋再局部洗出銀色
The eyes of the bat are covered and then partially washed out of silver
手工塗上淺藍色
Hand painted light blue
再泡水去除遮蓋
Re-soak water to remove the cover
所有零件噴上最後一層透明漆
All parts are sprayed with the last layer of transparent paint
所有零件完成可以開始組裝了
All parts can be assembled
維修完成
Repair completed
