塑膠件泡漂白水去除電鍍
Plastic parts soaked in bleach to remove electroplating
插上針

再固定到框上

準備處理金屬件

浸泡溶劑去除漆層
Soak solvent to remove paint
再用拋光膏擦亮零件
Then polish the parts with polishing paste
金屬零件黏上介面零件,再插上針
Attach the metal parts to the interface parts, and then insert the pins
將零件固定到框上
Fasten the part to the frame
拍攝電鍍前置作業建檔

電鍍完成後剪下零件

零件噴上透明漆

噴上金色

已噴好金色的單色的橘金色零件再噴上橘金色
After spraying the golden monochromatic orange-gold parts, then spray orange-gold
雙色零件塗上遮蓋
Cover two-color parts
這些零件先浸泡水去除遮蓋
These parts are soaked in water to remove the cover
用溶劑洗掉顏色露出銀色鍍層
Wash off the color with solvent to expose the silver coating
噴上淡金色與橘金色
Spray light gold and orange gold
乾燥後浸泡水去除遮蓋
Soak water to remove cover after drying
噴上最後一層透明漆
Spray the last layer of clear paint

剪下所有零件
Cut all parts
頭盔塗上遮蓋用溶劑洗出銀色
The helmet is coated with a cover and washed out with solvent
其他零件先噴上一層透明漆
Spray a layer of transparent paint on other parts
再各自噴上金色與橘金色
Then spray each with gold and orange gold
塗上遮蓋,再用溶劑局部洗出銀色
Apply a cover, and then use the solvent to partially wash out the silver
噴上淡金色
Spray light gold
肩甲與背甲噴上橘金色
Shoulder armor and carapace are painted orange gold
塗上遮蓋
Apply cover
噴上金色
Spray gold
所有零件去除遮蓋
Cover all parts
再噴上最後一層透明漆就完成了
Finish with the last layer of clear paint
完成維修
