頭雕手塗上色,塗上眼白 眼線 眼珠
The head carving hand is painted with white eyes, eyeliner, eyeballs
再塗上瞳孔及反光點
Then apply pupils and reflective spots
塗上眉毛
Apply eyebrows
塗上毛髮
Coat with hair
完成噴上透明漆 乾燥後在噴上消光漆
Finish spraying with clear paint. After drying, spray with matte paint.
拆下所有金屬零件
Remove all metal parts
浸泡溶劑去除所有漆層
Soak solvent to remove all paint layers
去除漆層完成
Finish removing the paint layer
用拋光膏擦亮零件
Polish parts with polishing paste
變很光滑了
Become very smooth
接下來處理塑膠件
Next processing plastic parts
浸泡漂白水去除鍍層
Soak bleach to remove plating
塑膠件插上針
Insert the needle into the plastic part
再固定到框上
Fix it to the frame
電鍍完成
Electroplating completed
金屬件黏上介面零件再插上針
Attach the metal parts to the interface parts and insert the pins
將零件固定到框上
Fasten the part to the frame
拍攝電鍍前置作業建檔
Shooting and pre-processing for electroplating
完成電鍍後剪下零件
Cut off parts after plating
頭盔與裙甲先塗遮蓋
Cover the helmet and skirt first
其他零件先噴上金色,單色零件再噴上一層透明漆
The other parts are first sprayed with gold, and the monochrome parts are then sprayed with a layer of transparent paint
黏好紙膠帶
Stick paper tape
噴上藍綠色
Spray blue-green
繼續塗遮蓋
Continue to cover
頭盔裙甲噴上金色
Helmet and armor painted with gold
頭盔再與其他要噴橘金色零件再一次上色
The helmet is colored again with other orange-gold parts to be sprayed
乾燥後泡水去除遮蓋
Soak in water after drying to remove cover
再將零件噴上透明漆
Then spray the parts with transparent paint
人物型態的零件完成
Character type parts are completed
星座型態以模型版來製作
The constellation type is made with a model version
剪下零件
Cut parts
支架電鍍完成
Bracket electroplating completed
剪下支架
Cut the bracket
這些零件要塗遮蓋
These parts should be covered
噴上橘金色

試組支架

需要再上色的零件塗上遮蓋

頭盔也塗上遮蓋

局部洗出銀色之後手工塗上藍綠色
After partially washing out the silver, manually apply blue-green
去除遮蓋
Remove cover
開始組裝
Start assembly
