Lizard maintenance record 2015-2018
開始維修蜥蜴座,因為時間軸太過複雜,所以全部資料都放上來
Start to repair Lizard, because the timeline is too complicated, so all the information is put on
拆下零件
Remove parts
用溶劑洗掉漆層
Wash off paint layer with solvent
再用矽膠輪把零件拋亮
Then use the silicone wheel to polish the parts
拋亮之後放到袋子防止氧化
After polishing, put it in the bag to prevent oxidation
拆下塑膠零件
Remove plastic parts
最初的第一次維修採用貼銀箔方式維修
The first initial repair was repaired with silver foil
塗上膠在貼上銀箔
Apply glue to paste silver foil
再噴上透明漆
Then spray with clear paint
金屬件噴上透明漆
Metal parts are sprayed with transparent paint
第二支的零件也拆下來
The second part is also removed
用溶劑洗掉漆層

用矽膠輪拋亮零件

因為素體得損壞太過嚴重 必須重做素體

開始組裝 開時只有C型梢,後來都使用鉚釘固定

再灌注頭髮顏色 (這邊漏了一張灌注的照片)

灌注完成取出零件,這就是雙色灌製的成品
After the pouring is completed, the parts are taken out, and this is the finished product of the two-color pouring
