仙英座開始維修

拆下塑膠零件
Remove plastic parts
塑膠零件狀況不錯，所以直接噴洗去除漆層露出鍍層
The plastic parts are in good condition, so directly spray to remove the paint layer to expose the plating layer
噴上透明漆
Spray with clear paint
拆除金屬件
Remove metal parts
泡去漆劑去除漆層
Remove paint layer with bubble remover
去除漆層完成
Finish removing paint layer
用矽膠輪拋亮零件
Polish the parts with silicone wheels
插上介面零件再插上針
Plug in the interface parts and plug in the pins
固定到框上
Fixed to the frame
拍攝電鍍前置作業建檔
Filming pre-plating operations
雙色零件塗上遮蓋
Cover two-color parts
插好要上色的零件
Insert the parts to be colored
噴上淡紫色
Spray with lavender
剝除遮蓋
Strip the cover
因為會掉漆所以改成泡水去除遮蓋
Because it will drop paint, it is changed to soaking in water to remove the cover
去除遮蓋完成
Cover removal completed
塗第二次遮蓋
Apply a second covering
插好零件噴上深藍色
Insert the parts and spray dark blue
頭盔手塗上顏色
Helmet hand painted in color
撕掉遮蓋
Tear off cover
新的透明漆無法直接撕掉遮蓋,因為會掉漆
The new transparent paint can't directly tear off the cover because it will fall off
改成泡水去除遮蓋
Change to soaking in water to remove cover
去除遮蓋完成
Cover removal completed
有掉色的零件手塗補上顏色
Parts with faded colors are painted by hand
插好零件噴上最後一層透明
Insert the parts and spray the last layer of transparent
開始組裝
Start assembly
完成維修
Complete repair
