這次要維修的物件是嚴重損壞的港版
The item to be repaired this time is the Hong Kong version that is badly damaged
拆下所有零件
Remove all parts
用溶劑洗掉所有的漆
Wash off all paint with solvent
用矽膠輪拋掉凹凸不平的表面顆粒
Use a silicone wheel to throw away uneven surface particles
畫上眼線
Eyeliner
畫上眼白
Draw white eyes
畫上眼珠
Draw eyes
眼珠與頭髮是一樣的顏色，所以從頭髮先畫
Eyes and hair are the same color, so start with the hair
畫上瞳孔與反射點
Draw pupils and reflection points
噴上透明漆，乾燥後噴上消光漆
Spray with clear paint, matt paint after drying
拆解星座支架
Disassemble the constellation bracket
輪子的部分需要自製工具才能拆下來
The part of the wheel needs self-made tools to remove it
固定梢需要用圓棒敲出來
The fixed pin needs to be knocked out with a round bar
拆除完成

素體做出測試動作，沒有問題就過關了

零件架框布局

塑膠件鑽孔插上針
Plastic parts are drilled and inserted with pins
再固定到塑膠框上
Then fix it to the plastic frame

金屬件是使用200度高溫處理，所以沒有架框流程

支架的上色先用圖模擬一下
The color of the bracket is simulated with a picture first
開始遮蓋作業，先黏上紙膠帶
Start covering operation, first stick paper tape
再塗上遮蓋液
Apply masking liquid again
開始調旗魚的淺藍色，色彩構成為藍＋洋紅
Start to adjust the light blue of the sailfish, the color composition is blue + magenta
插好零件
Insert the parts
噴上調好的藍色
Spray the adjusted blue
取出輪子
Remove the wheel
插好零件噴上一層透明漆
Insert the parts and spray a layer of transparent paint
再噴上黑色
Spray black again
要上第二色的零件直接再塗上遮蓋
The part to be coated with the second color is directly covered with cover
腳噴上深藍色
Feet sprayed dark blue
其他噴上寶藍色
Others sprayed with royal blue
去除遮蓋
Remove cover
所有零件零件去除遮蓋後噴上最後一層透明漆
After all parts are removed, the last layer of transparent paint is sprayed
胸甲左右還需上色，先黏上紙膠帶
The breastplate still needs coloring, stick paper tape first
再塗上遮蓋液
Apply masking liquid again
噴上顏色
Spray color
乾燥後去除遮蓋
Remove cover after drying
再噴上一層透明漆
Then spray a layer of transparent paint
支架的部分準備組裝輪子
Parts of the stand are ready to assemble the wheels
組裝上去
Assemble up
其他的輪子也裝回去
Put the other wheels back
再把所有支架零件組裝起來
Then assemble all the bracket parts
需要修補的零件手塗完成
Parts to be repaired are painted by hand
開始組裝鎧甲
Start to assemble armor
星座型態組裝完成
Constellation assembly completed
人物也換上新的頭
The characters also put on new heads
裝上鎧甲就完成了
