初代 仙女座 維修流程紀錄 2015-2018
The first generation Andromeda maintenance process record 2015-2018
由於歷史紀錄是由多種版本同時進行,較為精彩的港版時間軸分成5年間斷斷續續已無法拼湊完整的流程,
所以這邊以較為完整的日版來發表流程記錄
Since the historical record is carried out by multiple versions at the same time, the more exciting Hong Kong version of the timeline is divided into 5 years and it is impossible to piece together the complete process. So here is a more complete Japanese version to publish the process records
卸下所有金屬零件
Remove all metal parts
此物件的漆層必須以油漆去除劑去除漆層,一般溶劑無法去除
The paint layer of this object must be removed with a paint remover, which cannot be removed with general solvents
去除之後顏色明顯變淡了,這就是原有金層鍍層的顏色
After removal, the color is obviously lightened, this is the color of the original gold coating
塑膠件泡漂白水:水 1:1 去除鍍層
Bleaching water for plastic parts: water 1:1 to remove plating
星座型態要用的這組金屬表面稍微粗糙些
The metal surface used for the constellation type is slightly rougher
用矽膠輪拋亮
Polish with a silicone wheel
塑膠件插上針
Insert the needle into the plastic part
固定到塑膠框上
Fixed to the plastic frame
拍攝電鍍前置作業建檔
Filming pre-plating operations
金屬件黏上介面零件再鑽孔插上針
Metal parts are glued to interface parts and Drill a pin
再將零件固定到塑膠框上
Then fix the parts to the plastic frame

剪下仙女座的零件
Cut out the parts of Andromeda
頭盔及腰帶塗上遮蓋
Cover with helmet and belt
插好零件準備上色
Insert the parts ready for coloring
噴上仙女座的顏色
Spray the color of Andromeda
乾燥後去除頭盔及腰帶的遮蓋,所有零件噴上最終透明漆
After drying, remove the cover of the helmet and belt, all parts are sprayed with the final transparent paint
腰帶圖案用滲墨技法畫上紅色
The belt pattern is painted in red with the ink-bleeding technique
拆下日版頭雕原件準備修補顏色
Remove the original Japanese head carving and prepare to repair the color
用洗碗精加水清洗乾淨
Wash with dishwashing liquid and water
調色將頭髮掉漆的地方都補上顏色
The color is applied to the place where the hair is painted off
噴上透明漆
Spray with clear paint
再噴上消光漆
Spray with matt paint
乾燥後完成將頭組裝回去
After drying, the head is assembled back
