以噴過漆的港板為基礎來做維修
Repairs are based on the Hong Kong version painted
拆下所有零件
Remove all parts
泡溶劑去除金屬件的漆層
Soak solvent to remove paint layer of metal parts
塑膠件用一種不傷塑膠的工業溶劑去除漆層
Plastic parts use an industrial solvent that does not harm the plastic to remove the paint layer
星座的圓盤使用複製件，將零件插上針
Use a copy of the constellation's disc, insert the part into the pin
再將零件固定到框上
Then fix the part to the frame
拍攝好電鍍前置作業建檔
Take a good picture of the pre-plating operation
電鍍完成
Electroplating completed
金屬件採用200度高溫處理，所以無法架框
The metal parts are treated at a high temperature of 200 degrees, so they cannot be framed
頭雕開始上色，先塗眼白
The head carving begins to color, first apply white eyes
再塗上眼線

畫上眼珠

畫上瞳孔與反光點

Paint the hair
噴上透明漆,乾燥後在噴上70%消光漆

剪下塑膠零件

多色的零件噴上透明漆

測量腰帶尺寸

腰帶及鬍鬚噴上透明黃色
The belt and beard are sprayed with transparent yellow
去除遮蓋再噴上一層透明漆

腰帶位置塗上遮蓋
Cover the belt position
設定主體顏色 色彩成分為藍色+黃色
Set the main body color, the color component is blue + yellow
插好所有零件
Insert all the parts
噴上顏色
Spray color
單色零件再噴上透明漆
Monochrome parts are sprayed with transparent paint
雙色零件去除遮蓋後再噴上透明漆
After removing the cover of the two-color parts, spray the transparent paint
龍頭眼睛周圍塗上遮蓋
開始組裝

拋亮工序上色VS電鍍工序後上色 亮度是完全不同的

港板星座支架的龍爪塑膠有脆化問題,改成用台板零件改裝來組合
