因為歷代資料量太過龐大,而且時間軸不統一,所以節錄選出一個完整流程的資料來建立 將金屬零件拔下來,這是歐版的

電鍍前都須建立照片檔案,以方便回來時零件歸位

電鍍完成之後非常的閃亮

金屬建在當時這一批是使用高溫200度處理的電鍍,所以零件是無法架框的

剪下天馬座零件

插好零件噴上第一層透明漆
Insert the parts and spray the first layer of transparent paint
開始遮蓋工程,先黏上紙膠帶
Start the covering project, first stick the paper tape
再塗上遮蓋液

初代天馬有些零件內外都需遮蓋,他是五小強中最難做的

插好零件準備上色
Insert the parts ready for coloring
噴上透明紅色 顏色成分為純紅+黃
Sprayed with transparent red, the color component is pure red + yellow
去除遮蓋,腰甲需要第2次遮蓋,所以只去除局部而已
To remove the cover, the waist armor needs a second cover, so only the local part is removed.
再次塗上遮蓋

不完美的位置與邊緣,用手塗方式修補

所有零件噴上最後一層透明漆

開始繪製頭的顏色

噴上一層透明漆,乾燥後在噴上一層70%的消光漆

開始組裝,連頭雕也換上新的

頭雕經歷3次的升級
